Each individual member is required to complete this form.

 

Binders are $80.00 each. Binders will be prepared only for those who have purchased it in advance of the meeting.

Everyone will be provided with a USB Stick with the materials at the meeting.


Registration Fee (Early Bird by Feb 8, 2019)

Without Binder: $689.00 + 13% HST = $778.57

With Binder: $689.00 + $80.00 + 13% HST = $868.97

Registration
Conferences and/or workshops maybe limited in the enrollment spaces available. The Police Association of Ontario has the sole right to determine any restrictions on enrollment.

Fees
All fees are payable in Canadian funds.

Refund Policy
All conference/workshop fees will be refundable 30 days or more prior to the event. Cancelations within 30 days are non-refundable. Registrations are transferrable to other members. The PAO may have a waiting list for the event and upon request, will endeavour to assist you in seeking a replacement.
